Crosslink
Thermazyme

Function

Thermostable Performance

CROSSLINK THERMAZYME is a highly thermostable enzyme system designed to retain activity even under elevated temperature conditions, such as pasteurization and UHT processing. This unique enzyme blend (heat-stable Lactase and/or Protease) allows for effective lactose hydrolysis or protein modification during or immediately after heat treatment, enabling process simplification and cost savings for dairy processors. Its advanced formulation ensures enzyme stability at high temperatures while preserving product integrity, flavor, and nutritional value.
