ZYMECLEAR JC is a pectinase-rich enzyme preparation specifically developed for juice clarification and haze reduction. Pectins naturally present in fruit juices often cause turbidity, viscosity, and cloudiness, making filtration and concentration processes difficult. ZYMECLEAR JC effectively breaks down these pectins and other polysaccharides, resulting in: Rapid clarification of fruit juices. Improved filterability and juice yield. Enhanced color and flavor stability during processing and storage.
