It contains a balanced blend of pectinase, cellulase, and hemicellulase activities, which break down structural polysaccharides in fruit cell walls. By degrading pectins and other complex carbohydrates, ZYMECLEAR EX enables: Higher juice yield from fruit pulps. Reduced pressing time and energy consumption. Improved juice clarity and flowability during downstream processing. This makes it ideal for both fresh juice processing and industrial fruit pulp-based juice production.
