The role involves working closely with customers and the R&D team to develop and optimize enzyme applications in milk, cheese, curd, yogurt, and lactose-free products. Candidates will conduct trials, troubleshoot processes, and provide technical training to clients, ensuring successful adoption of GEPZYMES in real-world dairy operations.
